Your personal meal prep chef.
How it works
01 PLAN
You tell me about your household, lifestyle, dietary requirements and preferences. I create a personalized menu each week tailored to your schedule and needs.
02 SHOP
I source everything needed for your cooking session, working within your budget, and arrange for your groceries to arrive at home ahead of my visit.
03 COOK
I prepare your personalized menu in your kitchen, portioning and packing each dish with everything clearly labelled, ready for the week ahead.
04 ENJOY
I leave your fridge stocked and your kitchen reset, ready for you to simply enjoy the week.
